It’s simple! Brokers sign up as a Broker Account with ABS and we bill you each month for the agents that have their storage with us for easy sign placement, rider change out, directionals, and lock box placement. Brokers normally add the agent fee to the monthly admin fee or transaction fee they currently change the agent.

All the signs, posts, and lock boxes are inventoried when we receive them initially and are checked out with a listing address and checked back in when we are retrieving the products

Brokers receive the storage Fees at a discount and their agents are given a 10% discount on all their signage orders if they are through a Member Brokerage account. This will allow them to take advantage of more services for less every month.
